If/Then provides front-end development services to both bring the User Experience and Design to life and to integrate our client’s content and experience into a wide range of third party services such as ad serving, social media, analytics, and authentication services. Our front-end development staff has worked on some of the largest media destination sites on the web and typically have 10-15 years of development experience in complex CMS driven sites. If/Then’s technical team has been working in high volume, high velocity publishing environments for 20 years and has implemented a wide range CMS platforms over that period, for bespoke CMS systems for the largest news site on the web to open source and commercial CMS platforms for both large media properties and consumer marketing companies. Our experience in large editorial publishing environments has given us a deep understanding of publishing processes and workflows, as well as third party integration requirements. We offer particularly deep expertise in both Adobe AEM (CQ) and Drupal. In addition, we have extensive experience developing back-end REST services as well as TVE integrations (OAuth, SAML, Adobe Pass, etc), and video ad insertion.

We provide product development and management consulting services to many of our clients, especially our media company clients who look to us for advise on consumer facing product strategies. Our analysis ranges across audience analysis and segmentation, consumer facing product features, partner and advertiser needs, content programming, and editorial operations. We also provide technology consulting service to clients in both media and marketing, especially on infrastructure and technical architecture issues related to scale, performance, and reliability.
