
Josh has over 15 years of business development experience with major media organizations in the U.S. and abroad. Before joining IfThen, he served as Vice President of Digital Development for Turner Broadcasting’s Latin America Division (now Warner Bros. Discovery), driving digital product innovation, content distribution, and strategic partnerships. His leadership accelerated audience growth and transformed monetization strategies across the division’s extensive television network portfolio. Josh spearheaded key partnerships with major platforms like Apple, Google, and Claro, and launched numerous new digital product ventures including video games, social media experiences, and streaming platforms for brands like CNN, Cartoon Network, TNT, and TBS. At IfThen, he leads business development efforts, overseeing new practice and client growth, channel partnerships, agency marketing, and strategic account expansion.
